New Constitution/Agenda 4

Anyone who thinks, or even dreams that it’s possible to conclusively tackle agenda four before the constitution amendments I have proposed in “eradicating tribalism and preventing post election violence” should grow himself/herself a brain. In case s/he has a puny one, s/he has two options:
1. S/he can put it on stilts; it might be taller
2. S/he can put it on steroids; it just might catch up

I mean, which constitution? ODM constitution or PNU constitution?! Or you want to tell me they will agree on one- they cant even agree on the chair for the IIEC for petes sake!!

Thanks to rampant political tribalism, Kenyans have forever lost potential benefits of some of the greatest leaders.
